General Policy
At Smaeraz Boutique, we maintain a No Return and No Refund Policy.
However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we will review the claim subject to the conditions below.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any damage claim:
- Record one continuous 360° unboxing video starting before opening the package.
- The video must clearly show:
- The unopened parcel
- Opening of the parcel
- The product
- Any visible damage
Please note:
- Edited videos
- Multiple video clips
- Videos that begin after opening the package
will not be accepted.
Damage Claims
If your claim is approved:
- The product must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags intact
- In original packaging
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the applicable refund or replacement (at Smaeraz Boutique’s discretion) will be processed.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Colour variation
- Texture variation
- Fabric feel
- Handloom irregularities
- Handmade weave variations
- Natural print variations
- Minor thread irregularities
- Slight weaving inconsistencies
These are natural characteristics of handcrafted and artisan-made products and should not be considered defects.
Every product is inspected before dispatch, and a quality-check video is recorded prior to shipping.
Refunds Issued Only For:
Duplicate Payment: In case of an accidental double charge for the same order.
Refund Request Process
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Damaged/Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
